Snetterton Circuit | 22–23 March 2025
Rider: Tommi | Team: DART Motorsport
The 2025 season is officially underway with the opening round at Snetterton. It was great to be back on the bike and back with the No Limits Racing paddock for another year of competition.
Firstly, a heartfelt thank you to everyone who’s come on board to support both myself and DART Motorsport this season. Your backing is genuinely appreciated — and there’s still opportunity for businesses looking to grow their reach through involvement in grassroots motorsport. Also, a big thank you to friends and family for the continued support of both my racing and my work off the track.
This was only my third outing on the bike, so I’m pleased with how the weekend unfolded overall. Qualifying saw me place P2, but I was pushed back to P3 in the closing stages. Still, a strong position to start from.
Race 1 started well, and I was holding a secure 3rd place with a gap either side. Unfortunately, contact with a back marker on the penultimate lap brought an early end to what could have been a solid podium finish. Disappointing, but part of the sport. (Video of the incident is available 👉)
Sunday brought three more races — Races 2, 3 and 4. While relatively uneventful, they gave me the chance to build some consistency and confidence. I came away with the following results:
- Race 2 – 3rd Place
- Race 3 – 4th Place
- Race 4 – 3rd Place
I’m happy with those results given how competitive the front runners were this weekend. There’s always room for improvement, but as an opening round, it sets a solid foundation for the season ahead.
Next stop: Brands Hatch GP for Round 2. Looking forward to getting back on track and continuing to build momentum. Hope to see a few of you there.
